Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption-.
RESOLUTION #77-493
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION OF PLATTED PARCELS FOR ROBERT SCHNABEL (A-763)
WHEREAS, Robert Schnabel has requested a consolidation of existing platted parcels
within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the following consolidation and
that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Lot Block Addition
44120 4600 1 3 Elmhurst Lakeview Addition
• 44120 4100 2 3 Elmhurst Lakeview Addition
To be combined into one new parcel as follows:
Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 3, Elmhurst Lakeview Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in avor t ereaf: ..Mayor Kjlde. Councilmen Hunt, Seibold
nd Spaeth
following vote against or a stain : Ngj Iesent for vote.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
