Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City, of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t 12th day of
_ September , 19 77. The following members were present:
Manor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR PLATTED PROPERTY FOR CARLSON PROPERTIES (A-215)
WHEREAS, Carlson Properties has requested a lot division and consolidation of existing
platted parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORF, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the following lot division and
consolidation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division and consolidation
are approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Lot Block Addition
44884 4000 (Part) 2 1 Carlson Companies Addition
44884 7000 Outlot B 1 Carlson Companies Addition
To be divided and consolidated into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of Lot 2, Block 1, CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota
according to the recorded plat thereof, described as follows: Commencing at the
northeast corner of Lot 1 of said Block 1; thence on an assumed bearing of South 0
degrees 21 minutes 38 seconds East along the east line of said Lots 1 and 2 a distance
of 1654.50 feet; thence South 89 degrees 38 minutes 22 seconds West 675.00 feet to
the westerly line of Outlot B, said CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION and the point of begin-
nino; thence continue South 89 degrees 38 minutes 22 seconds West 15.00 feet; thence
northeasterly to a point on the westerly line of said Outlot B, distant 140.00 feet
northerly to the point of beginning; thence southerly along said westerly line to the
point of beginning. ALSO
That part of OUTLOT B, CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according
to the recorded plat thereof, lying northerly of the following described line: Commencing
at the northeast corner of Lot 1 of said Block 1; thence on an assumed bearing of
South 0 degrees 21 minutes 38 seconds East along the East line of said Lots 1 and 2 a
distance of 1654.50 feet to the beginning of the line to be described; thence South
89 degrees 38 minutes 22 seconds West 675.00 feet to the westerly line of Outlot B
there terminating.

Parcel B
That part of Lot 2, Block 1, CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
according to the recorded plat thereof, lying westerly of the westerly,line of Outlot B
of said CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION and its southerly extension. Except that part which
lies southerly and easterly of the following described line: Commencing at the north-
east corner of Lot 1 of said Block 1; thence on an assumed bearing of South 0 degrees
38 seconds East along the east line of said Lots 1 and 2 a distance of 1654.50 feet
to the point of beginning; thence South 89 degrees 38 minutes 22 seconds West 675.00
feet to a point on the westerly line of said Outlot B, said point hereinafter referred
to as Point A; thence continue South 89 degrees 38 minutes 22 seconds West 75.00 feet;
thence South 0 degrees 21 minutes 38 seconds East to the southerly line of said Lot 2
and there terminating. ALSO
Excepting therefrom that part described as follows:
Beginning at aforementioned Point A; thence South 89 degrees 38 minutes 22 seconds West
15.00 feet; thence northeasterly to a point on the westerly line of said Outlot B,
distant 140.00 feet northerly from the point of beginning; thence southerly along
said westerly line to the point of beginning.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman S aeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
