Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, as ecial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was on t 12th day of

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-491
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION OF PLATTED PROPERTY FOR CARLSON PROPERTIES (A-410)
WHEREAS, Carlson Properties has requested a consolidation and division of existing
platted parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the following consolidation and
division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation and division are
approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Lot Block Addition
44352 3212 1 3 Minneapolis Industrial Park
44352 3240 1 3 Minneapolis Industrial Park
To be divided into two new lots as follows:
Parcel A
The southeasterly 200 feet of the northeasterly 300 feet of Lot 1 and the northwesterly
130 feet of the southeasterly 330 feet of the northeasterly 500 feet of Lot 1, Block 3
Minneapolis Industrial Park, according to the plat thereof on file and of recoil in
the office of the County Recorder in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota, exceping
therefrom the northeasterly 40 feet thereof;
Also excepting therefrom that part whicl lies northeasterly of Line 1 described below:
Line 1:
From a point on Line 2 described below, distant 60.3 feet southeasterly of its point
of beginning, run southwesterly at right angles to said Line 2 to an intersection with
the northeasterly line of the parcel hereinbefore described, which is the point of
beginning of Line 1 to be described; thence run southeasterly to a point distant 140
feet southwesterly (measured at right angles) of a point on said Line 2, distant 80
feet northwesterly of its point of termination; thence run southwesterly to a point
on the southeasterly line of said parcel distant 50 feet southwesterly of the most
easterly corner thereof and tehre terminating;

Beginning at a point on the east and west quarter line of Section 27, Township 118,
Range 22 West, distant 363.2 feet west of the east quarter corner thereof; thence
run southeasterly at an angle of 61 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds from said east and
west quarter line (measured from east to south) for 330.3 feet and there terminating.
Parcel B
That part of the southeasterly 200 feet of the northeasterly 300 feet of Lot 1 and
the northwesterly 130 feet of the southeasterly 330 feet of the northeasterly 500
feet of Lot 1, Block 3, Minneapolis Industrial Park, according to the plat thereof on
file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Hennepin County.
Minnesota, excepting therefrom the northeasterly 40 feet thereof which lies northeasterly
of Line 1 described below:
Line 1:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
