RESOLUTION NO. 77-487
AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS TO FINANCE CITY HALL
(PROJECT NO. 615)
WHEREAS, this Council has previously authorized the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and the solicitation of bids for a new City Hall; and
WHEREAS, bids were received on August 25, 1977 for this project and bids were less
than the architect's estimate; and
WHEREAS, this Council has awarded bids for the construction of the City Hall; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager, in his report dated September 1, 1977, reported on the
costs of the City Hall along with financing recommendations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Manager's recommendations, as contained in his report dated
September 1, 1977, and specifically Exhibits B and C thereto outlining the proposed
financing and cash flow projections for the City Hall and the same is hereby adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following appropriation be made to finance the City
Hall (Project No. 615), as recommended by the City Manager, and as required based
upon the cash flow projections in his report:
