Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 77-463
AMENDING OFFER TO SELL REAL PROPERTY
TO U.S. POSTAL SERVICE
WHEREAS, representatives of the U.S. Postal Service have requested that the
City's Offer to Sell Real Property , which was originally approved March 21,
1977 by Resolution No. 77-149, and amended on August 15 by Resolution No. 77-
422, be again revised to provide for the Offer to be either accepted or
rejected by December 31,1977;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Paragraph 1 of said Offer to Sell Real Property
recite that the Notice of Acceptance shall be given to the City on or before
December 31,1977.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
