Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the
29th day of August 19_27 . The following members were
present:u�ggnHunt. Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Mavor Hilde and Councilman Seibold .
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-481
RENEWAL OF CESSPOOL PUMPING LICENSES
WHEREAS, Armstrong Cesspool Service, Roto Rooter Sewer Service Company and
Sullivan Septic Service, Inc. have made application for Cesspool Pumping
License Renewals, which applications have been presented to the City Council
for approval, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 16.14, Plymouth Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the applications of Armstrong Cesspool Service,
Roto Rooter Sewer Service Company and Sullivan Septic Service, Inc. for
Cesspool Pumping Licenses are hereby approved for a period to expire
July 31, 1978.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in avorthereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against abstained: Nope
