Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-480
APPROVAL OF SMALL DISPOSAL SYSTEM LICENSES
WHEREAS, applications for Small Disposal System Licenses from the following
have been presented to the City Council for approval, in accordance with
Chapter III, Section 6, Plymouth Code:
Galaxy Mechanical

Blaine, MN 55434
Sullivan Septic Service, Inc.
3660 Hwy. 101 S.
Wayzata, MN 55391
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I"," HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA t'at Small Disposal System Licenses be approved for
the above a-plicants for a period to expire April 30, 1978.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
