Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,a.�specta1 meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

its ption:
RESOLUTION N0, 77-477
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4 for the Mechanical Contractor for the
Fire Station No. 2 project has been prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg
Bergquist Rohkohl and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make
payment on request for Payment No. 4 Mechanical Contractor in the amount
of $5,776.88 to J. McClure Kelly Company for the Fire Station No. 2
Building Project No. 608.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favar ereof: Councilmen Hunt. Neils and Spaeth
Tile owing voted against or abstained; one
