Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a.�spe_c.1 meeting of

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 473
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF REPORT FOR STREETS AND UTILITIES
PROPOSED TIMBER CREEK ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was submitted for sanitary sewer, watermain, streets and
concrete curb and gutter and storm drainage facilities to serve Lots 7 and 36,
Parcel 1553; Lot 8, Parcel 1700; Lot 9, Parcel 1900, Auditor's Subdivision 333,
Plat 43740, including the completion of Pilgrim Lane (platted) as it abuts said
property, and
WHEREAS, the petition is hereby declared co be signed by the required percentage
of owners affected thereby, this Resolution is made in conformity to Minnesota
Statutes Section 429.035,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE'CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is
instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as
to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by 4ouncilm D,, Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
