Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, 1 meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, inne�was`held-on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-472
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF REPORT FOR STREET LIGHTING
SCHMIDT LAKE WOODS
WHEREAS, a petition was submitted for street lighting by the owner (Enterprise
Properties) of Schmidt Lake Woods Addition, and
WHEREAS, Enterprise Properties are the owner of 100% of the aforementioned
property, and, therefore, the petition is hereby declared to be signed by the
required percentage of owners affected thereby, this Resolution is made in
conformity to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer
and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising
the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol awing vote in avor ereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth
