the City Council of the Cicy of Plymouth, Inesota was held on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-467
CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT NO. 621 36TH AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the City Council on' August 22, 1977
the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the cost of
improving 36th Avenue from the west line of the Mission Ridge 1st Addition -plat
to approximately 550 feet west thereof by construction of 7 ton bituminous interim
rural section, 24 feet wide with gravel shoulders, and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment
has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 26th day of September, 1977 in the Council
Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North, at 7:30 p.m.
to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be
heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least
two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total cost
of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given
to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by u cilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor t ereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth
