Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Minnesota was'Tield on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-466
CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT NO. 612 LARCH LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the City Council on August 22, 1977
the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the cost of
improving Larch Lane from 45th Avenue to the Soo Line Railroad Tracks by the,
construction of 7 ton design interim section with grading and gravel base, storm
sewer and all necessary appurtenances,
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 26th day of September, 1977at the Council
Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m.
to pass upon the proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard
with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed
assessneent to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior
to the h.oaring and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The
Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to"the owner of each parcel described
in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor ereof: _Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.""
