The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth The fo110Wing members Were absent: Mavnr Hilda and rminr lman ePihn1 _ RRR RRR RRR Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resoluticm and moved is adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 77-460 CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 523 BOARDMAN PROPERTY WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the City Council on August 22, 1977 the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the cost of improving the property legally described as the North Half oFthe Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 13, Township 118, Range 22, except the North 400 feet thereof (Plat 43713 Parcels 412,414 b 416) by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer and bituminous streets with curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances, and WHEREAS, the City Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: I. A hearing shall be held on the 26th day of September 1977 in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vot in tavorthereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Seibold nne following voted against or abstained: Non Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
