The following members were 10 present: Councilmen Hunt, ReMs and7paeth The followingmembers—were sent: Mavnr Nilrla anti (n�jnrilman r.1hniA RAR Cogncilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 77-459 CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 520 12TH AND HARBOR LANE WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 22, 1977 the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the cost of improving 12th Avenue from Harbor Lane to Juneau Lane by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, blacktop street with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances, and WHEREAS, the City Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 26th day of September, 1977 in the Council 10 Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all pe -sons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be .heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded byncilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follIiWIng voted in ��ereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth The owuig voted against or abstained: one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passiO and adopted.
