Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aspecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the
9th day of _August , 1977 . The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution ana moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 458
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CENTURION COMPANY ON BEHALF, OF ABLE DRYWALL (A-208)
WHEREAS, Centurion Company, on behalf of Able Drywall, has requested a conditional
use permit for the operation of a storage area of 1,800 sq. ft. within the building
located at 1119 Vicksburg Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Centurion Company
on behalf of Able Drywall for a conditional use permit to operate a storage facility
in an area of 1,800 sq. ft. within the building located at 1119 Vicksburg Lane subject
to the following conditions:
1. Permit be for one year.
2. Outside storage of materials, waste/waste containers and vehicles shall be
'prohibited.
3. Approval of the Fire Marshal as to storage of flammable liquids.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon the
fol owing vote in avor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth
--ng votea against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
