Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, I u nesota was held on the
29th day of August , 1977 . The following members were
present: CouncTimen'Hunt, Neils and --Spaeth

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its option:
RESOLUTION #77- 457
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR.WILLIAM LEVERING ON
BEHALF OF CATHERINE HENG (A-757)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for William Levering on behalf
of Catherine Heng by Resolution #77-456;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following conditions to be
met prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Dedication of 13.5 ft. additional right-of-way along Wedgewood Lane and 7 ft.
additional right-of-way along County Road 15 by written easement to the City.
2. Private drive access to County Road 15 to Parcel D shall be prohibited.
3. On-site turn -around shall be provided for the driveway to Parcel B.
4. Any new utility service stubs shall be installed at petitioner's expense.
5. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $450.
6. Only lateral assessments shall be paid for full frontage of Parcels A and C
on Wedgewood Lane.
