HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1977-456CITY OF PLYMDUI i Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tTie 29th day of August 19 77. The following member; were present: off' uncTlmen Hunt, and Councildian Seltiolo RAA Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #77-456 APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR WILLIAM LEVERING ON BEHALF OF CATHERINE HENG (A-757) WHEREAS, William Levering, on behalf of Catherine Heng, has requested a lot division of existing platted property within the City of Plymouth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the following division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County: Plat Parcel Description 44200 2810 Lot 13 and East 55 feet of Lot 12--"Greer's Orchard Tracts" To be divided into four new lots as follow: Parcel A The North 178 feet of that part of Lot 12, lying East of the West 260 feet thereof; and the North 178 feet of Lot 13, "Greer's Orchard Tracts" Hennepin County, Minnesota. - Parcel B That part of Lot 12 lying East of the West 260 feet thereof and South of the North 178 feet thereof; and that part of the West 55 feet of Lot 13 lying Southerly of the North 178 feet thereof, "Greer's Orchard Tracts" Hennepin County. Parcel C The South 117 feet of the North 295 feet of that part of Lot 13 lying East of the West 55 feet thereof, "Greer's Orchard Tracts", Hennepin County. Parcel D That part of Lot 13 lying East of the West 55 feet thereof and South of the North 295 feet thereof, "Greer's Orchard Tracts", Hennepin County. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol ow ng voted in avor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth The following voted against or. abstained: None W6 Whereupon the ResolutIM-t� declared duly passed and a opte .
