Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,WEResota was held on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a ption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-452
PROVIDING DETAIL TO THE TPOROUGHFARE GUIDE PLAN
RE ALIGNMENT OF FUTURE C.R. 61/26TH AVENUE N./HIGHWAY 55 INTERSECTION
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on the 15th day of August, direct that a study
be node of a new alignment for the intersection of 26th Avenue North with
future County Road 61 and Highway 55 North service road, and
WHEREAS, the Planner submitted to Council in his memorandum of August 26, 1977
five alternate plans for said intersection, and
WHEREAS, Council determined Exhibit 5 of said memorandum would provide the most
suitable traffic pattern;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Thoroughfare Guide Plan be amended to designate the alignment
of future County Road 61/26th Avenue North/Highway 55 intersection as indicated
in Exhibit 5 of the Planner's memorandum dated August 26, 1977.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passia and adopted.
