Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adopt -
RESOLUTION #77-451
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR "WILLOW GROVE" FOR
WILLOW CREEK ASSOCIATES (A-323)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"Willow Grove" as requested by Willow Creek Associates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this
project.
Development contract shall be amended to provide for a curvi-linear connection
between Highway 55 service drive and Nathan Lane.
Development contract shall be amended to remove prohibition of connection of
Nathan Lane to Highway 55 service drive.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman S aeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing %-3te in avor ereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, and Spaeth
The offing 08minawas abstained: Councilman Seibold
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass and -adopted.
