Cguncilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its ption:
RESOLUTION #77-448
APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF PLATTED PROPERTY FOR SUMMIT GEAR AT VICKSBURG LANE AND
28TH AVENUE NORTH (A-756)
WHEREAS, Summit Gear has requested a lot division of an existing platted parcel
within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the following lot division and
that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment correctios
based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat 44479 Parcel 7500 Lot 2 Block 2 Playhouse Industrial Park
To be divided into two new parcesl as follows:
Parcel A
The west 295.21 feet of Lot 2, Block 2, Playhouse Industrial Park.
Parcel B
The east 294.83 feet of Lot 2, Block 2, Playhouse Industrial Park.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol g vote in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth
The awing v—uted against or abstain Councilman Seibold not -present for, vote.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passect and adopted.
