Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. 5 ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was Feld on the
22nd day of August 19 77. The following members were

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77437
DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT NO. 612 LARCH LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of Larch Lane from 45th
Avenue to the Soo Line Railroad tracks by the construction of 7 -ton design
interim section with grading and gravel base, storm sewer and all necessary
appurtenances and the contract price for such improvement is $213,091.00
and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement
amount to $55,343.00 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $268,434.00
and of this cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
I. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared
to be $268,434.00.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel ofland within the district
affected without regard to cash valuation as provided by law, and the
Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the
City Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify
the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vote avor t ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold
and Spaeth
