The following members were present: The folmlifowing members were d sent: rntinrilman �oilc ### .�,Sngncilma eib 1d introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: - RESOLUTION NO. 77-433 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 602 3RD AND QUEENSLAND UTILITIES WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the installation of sanitary sewer and water main from approximately the intersection'of 3rd Avenue and Queensland Lane westerly to the southeast corner of the Ferndale North plat together with a sanitary sewer lift station` and all necessary appurtenances including street restoration and previously constructed trunk sewer and water main facilities, and the contract price for such improvement is $ 97,800.00 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ 27,299.00 so that the total cost of the improvement will.be $ 125,099.00 and of this cost the City will pay $ 0.00 as its share of the cost. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The cost of the improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 125,099.00 2. It is'further determined that the following charges for water trunk main, pumping and storage facilities, sanitary sewer trunk force main, lift station and interceptor facilities for the above referenced project shall be applied to the existing land 11 use zoning: r WATER AREA CHARGES Residential $250 per Ig acre lot; $500/acre Commercial -Industrial $750 per acre SEf �,` Residential $250 per 1i acre lot; $500/acre Commercial -Industrial $750 per acre 3. The City Clerk with the assistance of the City Engineer shall forthwith calculate the Proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash E valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed i assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection. 4. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof. Resolution No. 77-0 Page 2 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by _Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maynr Hilda- Counrilmon Hunt, Seibold and Soaeth Tne following—voted against ora stained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly paMd and adopted.
