The following members were present: -MMagor ilria� roun.ilmen Hunt Seibold and Spaeth The foll6ding memoers were absent: Councilman Neils Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 77-432 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERI'iG PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 523 BOARDMAN PROPERTY WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of the property legally described as the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 13, Township 118, Range 22, except the North 400 feet thereof (Plat 43713, Parcels 412, 414, & 416) by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and bituminous streets with curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances, and the contract price for such improvement is $16,170.00 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $3,557.00 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $19,727.00 and of this cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost, NOWTHEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ri YMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $19,727.00. 2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law and the Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection. 3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded b and upon vote being taken thereon, the following votedin avor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth ine rottowing voted against or abstain : None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass adopted.
