Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was Keld on the
22nd day of August 19 77 . The following members were
Present: Mayor Hil'de Councilmen Hunt Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were sent: Counci Iman Nei is
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-429
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING PALMER CREEK ESTATES 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted August 15, 1977, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of the Palmer Creek Estates 2nd Addition by the installation of ornamental
residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on
August 22, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Coui,cil finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location
of the improvement.
2.' Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted August 15, 1977. The petitioner has waived his right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States
Power Company
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Re_olution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon votf. b,ing taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favorthereof: Mayor ouncilmen Hn:;t, Seibold
