Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minneso�ld on the
15th day of August , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-420
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4 for the Electrical Contractor for the
Fire Station No. 2 project has been prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg
Bergquist Rohkohl and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make
payment on request for Payment No. 4 Electrical Contractor in the amount
of $2,907.00 to Conservation Systems, Inc. f,)r the Fire Station No. 2
Building Project No. 608.
The moticti for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol !e avorriereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
