Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,MEgesota was a on the

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its ion:
RESOLUTION NO, 77-419
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
GENERAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4 for the General Contractor for the
Fire Station No. 2 project has been prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg
Bergquist Rohkohl and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make
payment on request for Payment No. 4 General Contractor in the amount
of $19,281..00 to W. H. Cates Construction Company for the Fire Station No. 2
Building Project No. 608.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byi man Seth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
