Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its ion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-418
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 3
PROJECT NO. 1977 STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 3 in the amount of $41,917.66 to N.D.H., Inc. for Project
No. 1977 Street Improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foi g vota in favor t ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
