Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-417
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 605-001 COUNTY ROAD 6 AND FERNDALE WATERMAIN
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 1 in the amount of $122,566.98 to North Central Underground,
Inc. for Project No. 605-001 County Road 6 and Ferndale Watermain Improvement.
