Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was FW13 on the
15th day of August , 19 77 . The following members were

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-416
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 605 STANDPIPE WATER TANK
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment
No. 2 in the amount of $38,812.50 to Brown Minneapolis Tai-,;. Company for Project
No. 605 Standpipe Water Tank Improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconcL-d
by councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
folTwvionlg"-voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,

Whereupon the Risolution was declared duly passed FiR adopted.
