Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 77- 414
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 612/706
(FIRE STATION PARKING LOT)
WHEREAS. Change Order No. 2 has been prepared covering the construction of
the Fire Station No. 2, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends approval of Change Order No. 2,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $13,808.40
to Bury and Carlson, Inc. for the construction of the parking lot at Fire
Station No. 2; and that the revised contract amount is $326,860.20.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolutim was duly seconded
by Councilman SpaetFi , and upon vote being taken then the
following vo in favor ereof: Mayor HiIde, CourrciMen Hunt.e91s,
Seibold and Spaeth
