Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, REGULAR meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was cm the
15th day of August , 1977 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduce the following Resolution and moved
its ion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-413
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER 140. 3
PROJECT NO. 116 PINETREE PONDS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared and submitted by Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. covering the deletion of the bituminous
surfacing on 8th Avenue and the installation of Class 5, 100% crushed aggregate
base in the Pinetree Ponds area, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends approval of Change Order No. 3,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 3 in the amount of Delete $5,117.04 (Total
delete $7,860.00 and Total add $2,742.96) to Beatson & Kelly Contractors, Inc.
for the deletion of the bituminous surfacing and the installation of Class 5,
100% crushed aggregate base is hereby approved and that the revised contract
amount is $114,079.66.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
