Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
isadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77.412
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
IN ORDERING PREPARATION TO REPORT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
I. Certain petition requesting improvement of the Middlemist 3rd
Addition by the construction of concrete curb and gutter and
bituminous street surfacing, filed with the Council on August 15.
1977, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage
of owners of property affected thereby this declaration is made
in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo. Rosen . Anderlik
and Associates. Inc. and he is instructed to report to the Council
with all convenient speed advising the Council in preliminary way
as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with
some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foreping Resolution was duly seconded
