Neil, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were sent: None AAA AAA AAA Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its tion: RESOLUTION NO. 77- 410 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA THAT: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of 3rd Avenue North and Queensland Lane adjacent to Lot 4 Wayzata Farmsteads by the installation of concrete curb and gutter, filed with the Council on August 15, 1977, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of properties effected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. 2. Said petition is signed by 100% of the owners of Lot 4, Wayzata Farmsteads, and they do waive their right to public hearing for said improvements. 3. The engineer hereby is ordered to incorporate this work with previously ordered City Improvement Project No. 705. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the £oi oWnng w in tavOrthereof: Mayor Hilda.
