Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a.C� meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, ume held—on the
15th day of August , 1977. The following members were

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its ion:
RESOLUTION N0. 77-409
APPROVING AGREEMENT
PROJECT NO. 506 T.H. 101/C.S.A.H. 6
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has undertaken the improvement of T.H. 101 and
C.S.A.H. 6, S.P. 155-010-01 and S.P. 27-606-04, City Project No. 506; and
WHEREAS, it was necessary to obtain certain easements to facilitate said
project and an easement was required from Mr. Herbert Johnson at the southeast
corner of T.H. 101 and C.S.A.H. 6; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Johnson is desirous of obtaining certain R/W of C.S.A.H. 6
adjacent to his property, said R/W not being required for public purposes
upon the completion of Project No. 506; and
WHEREAS, in consideration of the foregoing the City shall require the owner
of the property to submit a site plan for the use of said property prior
to the conveyance of the easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized to sign the
attached agreement,Exhibit "1", setting forth the conditions wherein by
the City will obtain an easement from Mr. Herbert A. Johnson for Project No. 506.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by rntincilma and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following— VOM in avorthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold
and Snaath
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
