Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a'regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION #77-407
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GERALD PROVOST FOR HOME OCCUPATION (A-563)
WHEREAS, Gerald Provost, 17125 -11th Avenue North, has requested a conditional use
permit to operate a hydrostatic testing of SCUBA tanks business from his home; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of Gerald Provost,
17125 -11th Avenue North for a conditional use permit to operate a hydrostatic testing
of SCUBA tanks business from his home subject to the following conditions:
I. Permit be for a period of one year.
2. No sign be allowed on petitioner's property relative to his home occupation.
3. No repair of tanks be conducted.
4. -No outside storage of any materials related to this home occupation be permitted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
bynciiman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
