The following members were present: Ma or Hilde Councilmen Hunt Rei Is, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were sent: None xis *�* •�• Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #77- 406 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CENTURION COMPANY FOR CARISCH THEATRES (A-208) WHEREAS, Centurion Company, on behalf of Carisch Theatres, has requested a conditional use permit for a camera/projector shop in a B-3 zone at Vicksburg Lane and 12th Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of Centurion Company on behalf of Carisch Theatres for a conditional use permit for a camera/projector shop in a B-3 zone at Vicksburg Lane and 12th Avenue North subject to the following conditions: 1. Permit be for one year. 2. No signs other than on the facade of the building as presently constructed. 3. No outside storage of equipment, materials or waste. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the ing fol owvote in favor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt, a an owing Voagainst or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly aslas%a and adopted.
