Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _..C!?.>il meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M5nnesota was NO on the

The following members were sent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-405
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CAROL FOLKESTAD FOR HOME NURSERY/DAY CARE (A-631)
WHEREAS, Carol H. Folkestad, 15705 -6th Avenue North, has requested a conditional use
permit for a home occupation to operate a nursery/day care center; and, -
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Carol H. Folkestad,
15705 -6th Avenue North for a conditional use permit for a home occupation to operate
a nursery/day care center from her home subject to the following conditions:
1. No outdoor signs be permitted.
2. Permit be for one year.
3. All applicable fire codes be complied with.
4. 'Conditional on the approval and/or certification of petitioner's operation
by any appropriate State and/or County agencies.
5. Parents be required to accompany children to and from the classroom.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in avorereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen taunt, Neils,
�gftl, and The ng votedagainst or abstained
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass and adopted.
