RRA Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #77-404 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HOME OCCUPATION FOR RICHARD HEINEN (A-651) WHEREAS, Richard Heinen, 13425 -1st Avenue North, has requested a conditional use permit to operate a beauty shop from his home; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Richard Heinen, 13425 -1st Avenue North for a conditional use permit for a home occupation to operate a beauty shop from his home subject to the following conditions: 1. No operators other than the immediate family. 2. Permit be for one year. 3. No on -street parking be allowed for the use. 4. Removal of the existing sign within 30 days of the passage of this resolution and permission for a 6 -inch by 18 -inch directional sign, if necessary. 5. No other signs be permitted. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor f: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, The tonowingw against or Werevpon the Resolution was declared duly pass iWted. !Af RfR RR!
