The following members were Present: Ma or Hilde Counci`Tmen kunt—Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following rs•were sent: Nnnp Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved is tion: RESOLUTION #77- 403 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SOIL TESTING SERVICES, INC, (VANTAGE COMPANIES) (A-575) WHEREAS, Vantage Companies, on behalf of Soil Testing Services, Inc., has requested a conditional use permit for a soil testing service in an I-1 zoning district to be located in Building C of West Park Plaza (24th Avenue North and Annapolis Lane); and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Vantage Companies on behalf of Soil Testing Services, Inc., for a conditional use permit to operate a soil testing service in an I-1 zoning district to be located in Building C of West Park Plaza (24th Avenue North and Annapolis Lane) subject to the following conditions: 1. Permit be for one year. 2. 'No signs be placed on any sign standards other than those approved as per the site plan dated August 5, 1974 and aprpoved by the Council. 3. Parking of company vehicles be restricted to truck court and/or warehouse storage area. 4. No outside storage of equipment, materials, drilling rig or waste. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cpuncilmaqand upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote tr► 4.— th reof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth owing votecL against or stain one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passaTE2 aMPER.
