APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RYDER TRUCK RENTAL AT NE CORNER OF HIGHWAY 55 AND
I-494 (A-618)
WHEREAS, Ryder Truck Rental has requested a conditional use permit to allow truck
rental from the Texaco service station located at the northeast corner of Highway
55 and I-494; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Ryder Truck Rental
for a conditional use permit to allow truck rental from the Texaco service station
located at the northeast corner of Highway 55 and I-494 subject to the following
conditions:
1. Permit be for one year.
2. No signs be permitted.
3. No parking of rental vehicles closer than 15 ft. to the property line.
4. No more than four rental trucks be parked on the site at one time.
5. Rental trucks only and no rental trailers.
