Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_ regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, 'dn'miesota was Tie3T on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a pt on:
RESOLUTION #77-401
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MARY JO BROWN FOR CERAMICS.STUDIO (A-308)
WHEREAS, Mary Jo Brown has requested a conditional use permit for a ceramic studio
to be located at 10740 Highway 55; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Mary Jo Brown for
a conditional use permit for a cermaic studio to be located at 10740 Highway 55
subject to the following conditions:
1. No additional signs be added.
2. The conditional use permit be for one year.
3. No outside storage be allowed for the use.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byn Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
