Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, 1412mesota was held on the
ISth day of August , 19 77 - The following members were
present; MAXpr Hilda. Councilmen Hunt Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a ion:
RESOLUTION #77-400
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR "J's" PIZZA RESTAURANT AT 3431 COUNTY ROAD 18 (A-660)
WHEREAS, James Doherty of "J's" Pizza, has requested a conditional use permit for
expansion of his pizza restaurant; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of James Doherty of
"J's" Pizza for a conditional use permit to expand his pizza restaurant at 3431
County Road 18 subject to the following:
There be no outside storage permitted on the site.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following- voted in favor ereof: Mayor Hi1de, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Sbaeth
Tine following voted apinst or abstains& None
Whereupm the Resolution was declared duly passed and adoptees
