Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was 191T on the
15th day of August , 19 77 . The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption.,
RESOLUTION #77-399
APPROVING CONVITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR CAROL A. BROMAN FOR HOME OCCUPATION (A-367)
WHEREAS, Carol A. Broman has requested renewal of her conditional use permit.to
operate a beauty shop in her home at 4055 Glacier Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it shcuid, and hereby does, approve the request of Carol A. Broman
for conditional use permit renewal for a beauty shop in her home at 4055 Glacier
Lane subject to the following conditions:
1. Conditional use permit be for one year.
2. Beauty shop operation be limited to one operator, i.e. petitioner.
3. No signs be permitted on the exterior of the building.
The motion for the adoptic-a of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol 0wsng Voted in favorthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass adopted.
