Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-398
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND SITE PLAN FOR CITY OF PLYMOUTH CITY HALL (A-94)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested conditional use permit and site plan
approval for a city hall, a municipal structure to be located at the northeast
corner of Niagara Lane and 34th Avenue North;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said requests and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of the City of Plymouth
for a conditional use permit and site plan approval for a city hall, a municipal struc-
ture to be located at the northeast corner of Niagara Lane and 34th Avenue North.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by C Ltl11CI1a aeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votecium aver t ereof: Mayor HiIde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The owing voted against or abstained: one
ilhereupon the Resolution was declared duly passbd and adopted.
