Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota washelie mon the
15th day of August , 19 77. The following members were

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-394
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "ROBERT MIDDLEMIST 3RD ADDITION"

WHEREAS, Robert Middlemist has requested approval of the final plat of "Robert
Middlemist 3rd Addition", a plat for single family residential development consisting
of 12 lots and one outlot, located in the southeast quadrant of Zachary Lane and County
Road 9, and a development contract therefor; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
and.
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Robert Middlemist
for final plat approval of "Robert Middlemist 3rd Addition", a plat for single family
residential development consisting of 12 lots and one outlot, located in the southeast
quadrant of Zachary Lane and County Road 9.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth ' and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favorthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
