Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was KeTd on the

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:

SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO RECORDING OF THE FINAL PLAT FOR "CIMARRON
PONDS 2ND ADDITION" FOR CENTURION COMPANY
(A-208)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"Cimarron Ponds 2nd Addition" as requested by Centurion Company,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's Memorandum on this final
plat.
2. Payment of fees -in -lieu of $5,446.65
3. Plan for landscaping shall be provided showing landscape treatment along the
south property line indicating a screen of approximately 36 trees on a berm,
-trees to be of 2-�" calipher, balled and burlapped, on 25 ft. centers.
4. Execution of Development Contract prier to recording of final plat.
