Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wasa on the
i5th day of August 19 77. the following members were
present:yilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were aosent. None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION #77- 392
APPROVING FINAL PLAT, FINAL PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "CIMARRON PONDS 2ND
ADDITION" FOR CENTURION COMPANY RPUD 76-3 (A-208)
WHEREAS, Centurion Company has requested approval of the final plat and final plan
for "Cimarron Ponds 2nd Addition", a plat for 130 attached single family dwelling
units located at the northwest and southwest corners of Vicksburg Lane and 10th
Avenue North and a development contract therefor; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Centurion Company
for final plat and final plan approval of "Cimarron Ponds 2nd Addition", a plat for
130 attached single family dwelling units located at the northwest and southwest
corners of Vicksburg Lane and 10th Avenue North.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Seibold andel Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed MO adopted.
