Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, 91nnesota was held on the
15th day of August , 1978 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-391
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO RECORDING OF FINAL PLAT OF MISSION HILLS PARK
FOURTH ADDITION FOR MISSION HILLS PARK FOURTH
ADDITION PARTNERSHIP (A-338)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
Mission Hills Park Fourth Addition as requested by Mission Hills Park Fourth Addition
Partnership;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this
plat.
2. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $465.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth . and upon vote being taken thereon. the
followIng voted n favor thereof; Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and paeth. ,
The following vote against or abstained; one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted,
