Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nnesota was held on the
15th day of August S. 19 71. The following members were

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-386
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC SALE OF CERTAIN TAX
FORFEIT PARCELS FOR NONPAYMENT OF 1968 OR 1969 REAL ESTATE TAXES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received from
the County of Hennepin a list of lands in said municipality which became the
property of the State of Minnesota for nonpayment of 1968 or 1969 real estate
taxes, which said list has been designated as Classification List No. 652 -NC; and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been classified
by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as nonconserva-
tion land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of
County Commissioners:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statute 282, that the said classification
by•said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of land described by plat and
parcel number as hereinafter listed as nonconservation land be and the same is
hereby approved, and that the sale of each such parcel of land be and the same
is hereby approved for:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Pouncilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owang voted In afro- ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils.
