The following members were present: Maor tlilde Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following ers were sent: one AAA AAA AAR Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 77-385 REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEIT PARCELS TO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC USE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received from the County of Hennepin a list of land within its corporate limits which have become the property of the State of Minnesota for nonpayment of 1968 or 1969 real estate taxes, which list has been designated as Classification List No. 652 -NC; and WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in such list has heretofore been classified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota as nonconserva- tion land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by the said Board of County Commissioners. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282, that said classification by said Board of Commissioners of each parcel of land described in said list as nonconservation land be and the same is hereby approved. FURTHER, that certain parcels in said list be conveyed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282 for public use as hereinafter listed: Plat Parcel Dedicated for Public Use As Follows: 43726 4630 Park Right -of -Way 43733 0400 Street Right -of -Way 43892 8100 Park Right -of -Way 44500 5000 Park Use 44500 5200 Park Use 44520 0150 Street Right -of -Way 44541 5500 Street Right -of -Way 44543 601U Street Right -of -Way The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted -Ti favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, The i old and S aeth IlowiM voted against or stain None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
